About Us
Deidre Cullen O.D.
Dr. Cullen graduated as salutatorian of her class at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2018. Her decision to go back to Optometry school came after working in the eyecare field as a technician for over 4 years. She previously worked in Concord, NH but is excited to be opening this private practice closer to home. A highlight of Dr. Cullen’s studies was a mission trip to Nicaragua where she gave eye exams to the surrounding communities. She hopes to include these trips in her future as well.
Dr. Cullen encourages patient questions and loves to give teaching moments whenever she can. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, playing with her 2 kittens and all things outdoors.

Samantha Sarson
Samantha is an ABO Certified optician that started her career in optics in 2011. Throughout her career she has worked in pediatrics, contact lens training, prism fitting, and lens finishing leaving her with a solid foundation of optical knowledge she is excited to bring to her local community. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
Grace Olczak O.D.
Dr. Olczak grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2026. While there she took a special interest in binocular vision dysfunction and vision therapy. Post-graduation, she decided to make the big move to New Hampshire after falling in love with the area during a previous trip. She is very excited to begin her career at Apex Eyecare and start growing her patient base. When not at work Dr. Olczak enjoys spending time reading or doing puzzles under the close supervision of her two cats.
